Alongside performances of ‘Pig v wolf’, I will curate and facilitate ‘Wolf Be Gone!’, a series of arts workshops for carers.
Participants will get a chance to express themselves through oral storytelling and other art forms, for example drawing, writing and dance.
This will be an opportunity to share and process their common, and differing, experiences of life in general, as well as life as a carer.
Please contact me if you are interested in funding or hosting ‘Wolf Be Gone!/Pig v. Wolf’.
I was delighted to be able to make a start towards this long term project with a commission from Arts At The Old Fire Station, Oxford, to facilitate and produce ‘Lockdown Cinderella’, a series of biographical storytelling workshops with a group of carers in my community.
In these workshops, we shared our stories of lockdown, and experimented with turning them into hero stories. You can watch our stories here.
